Yatta/Kwavonza Ward MCA and Kitui Rural MP aspirant Mark Nding’o has mourned the death of Daily Nation journalist Kitavi Mutua, describing his passing as a great loss to the media fraternity and Kitui County.
Mutua died while receiving treatment for a snake bite at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital.
Nding’o described the late journalist as an astute and polished media professional whose contribution to journalism will be fondly remembered.
He extended his condolences to the bereaved family, friends, colleagues and the entire media fraternity.
“Rest in peace, brother,” Nding’o stated.
