Boniface Musambi, the UDA hopeful and former journalist, is positioning himself as the “alternative” — but to many locals, his campaign lacks substance and grassroots touch. Critics argue Musambi is parachuting into a race that demands boots-on-the-ground connection, not Twitter posts and hollow slogans.
