Yatta/Kwavonza MCA Hon. Mark Ndingo today joined Kitui Governor H.E. Dr. Julius Makau Malombe for the official opening of the newly built St. Andrews Catholic Parish in Kwavonza.
The Sh32 million church, described as magnificent and picturesque, was consecrated by Bishop Joseph Mwongela, who hailed it as one of the finest cathedrals in East and Central Africa. The colorful event drew hundreds of worshippers and leaders from across the county.
