Mr. James Malombe, popularly known as Chonjo, runs a well established wines and spirits business that has operated in Kabati for over a decade, serving customers with genuine and legally sourced alcoholic beverages from credible and reliable companies.
A physical visit to his business premises and our investigations have confirmed that the business is properly licensed and fully compliant with all government regulations governing the sale and distribution of alcoholic drinks.
Authorities and even his trusted clients have confirmed that Mr. Malombe’s establishment is operating within the law and meets all required standards.
For years, Mr. Malombe has built a strong reputation as a hardworking and respected entrepreneur in the area.
Beyond his business, he also serves the community as the Chairman of Kabati Market, a position that reflects the trust and confidence local traders have in his leadership.
Local sources maintain that the allegations linking him to counterfeit alcohol were false and misleading, possibly fueled by business rivalry and malicious propaganda aimed at damaging the reputation of a successful local enterprise.
