Principal Secretary for Livestock Development, Jonathan Mueke, is attending the 18th Ministerial Session of the EAC Sectoral Council on Agriculture and Food Security at the East African Community Headquarters in Arusha.
He in the ccompany of Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Sen. Mutahi Kagwe.
The high-level session brings together regional ministers to deliberate on key reports covering Regional Food and Nutrition Security, Harmonization of Farm Inputs, Livestock Development, and the implementation of EAC Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Programmes.
These discussions aim to enhance regional cooperation in agricultural development and food security across the East African Community.
