The Momentum is building around Wiper Party leader H.E. Kalonzo Musyoka’s presidential ambition as key regional leaders rally behind him ahead of the much-anticipated Muna Declaration set for Thursday.
In a recent high-profile meeting of GEMA (Gikuyu, Embu, Meru Association) community leaders, Mwingi Professionals coordinator Mr. Campbell Munyambu was among the distinguished individuals in attendance. The meeting brought together top GEMA and Kamba leadership figures in a show of unity and strategic alignment.
Muna is a small village in Tseikuru where HE Kalonzo Musyoka was born in Mwing North, that is where his presidential bid declaration will be made on Thursday!
Leading the meeting was GEMA national chairman Bishop Imathiu, with George Ndoto serving as the second chairman. Also present were respected leaders such as Professor Muluvi and GEMA Secretary General Canon Karanja who was seen standing behind Mr. Munyambu in a photo that has since circulated widely, former Seku Vice Chancellor Professor Muluvi is the co-secretary.
The gathering emphasized unity and regional cooperation, with a unanimous declaration of support for Kalonzo Musyoka’s 2027 presidential bid. Leaders in attendance expressed their firm belief that the time had come for Kalonzo to take the national stage — with no turning back.
“This is the moment. One voice, one people — Kalonzo Musyoka is our choice for president,” said one of the leaders at the meeting.
As the Muna Declaration approaches, the political message is becoming clear: Eastern Kenya, backed by influential GEMA leaders, is positioning itself as a decisive force in Kenya’s future leadership.
