The National Liberal Party (NLP) continues to make significant strides in grassroots mobilization, successfully holding a vibrant membership registration drive in Mutomo, Kitui South. The exercise was led by the party leader, Dr. Augustus Muli Kyalo, accompanied by other senior party officials.
The event witnessed an impressive turnout, with enthusiastic residents gathering to engage with the party’s leadership and learn about its vision for the future. Speaking exclusively after the event, Dr. Muli underscored the party’s commitment to nationwide expansion and political renewal.
“Our mission is to popularize the National Liberal Party and register as many members as possible in readiness for the upcoming political season,” Dr. Muli said.
He added that the party has embarked on a vigorous campaign that is being warmly received at the grassroots.
“The message is clear — out with the old. It’s time for fresh ideas and fresh faces,” Dr. Muli emphasized, highlighting the NLP’s agenda of offering new leadership and renewed hope to the Kenyan people.
Following the successful engagement in Kitui South, the NLP caravan crossed over into Makueni County to continue with its registration drive. The party seeks to strengthen its presence across the regions and offer a credible, people-centered political alternative ahead of future elections.
The National Liberal Party has been conducting similar drives in various counties as it builds momentum toward establishing a strong, dynamic, and inclusive movement that resonates with ordinary Kenyans.
