Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe, alongside a host of dignitaries, attended the interment mass for the late Susan Muthui in Nzambani, Kitui East, earlier today. The solemn event was marked by tributes from political leaders, professionals, and members of the local community.
Among the notable figures present was Chief Justice Emeritus Dr. Willy Mutunga, who joined the Governor in paying final respects to the departed. East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) Member Suleiman Shahbal also graced the occasion, lauding Governor Malombe for his visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to devolution.
Other leaders in attendance included former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President Eric Mutua, former South Eastern Kenya University (SEKU) Vice Chancellor Professor Muluvi, several county assembly members, senior county government officials, and respected local leaders.
